Nature connected coaching - Taking time for where you are, and what you want.
Sessions for you — to notice, restore, grow or tend what is meaningful, at your pace.
Nature-connected · Creative · Bespoke
Sometimes our journey brings us to the gate. We step through to explore possibility
Working with clients globally, online or in person— some outside in their chosen green space, garden or landscape, some indoors drawing on memory, metaphor, and sensory connection through windows, art and recordings. Wherever you are in the world, nature can be part of our conversation.
Nature connecting supports how we notice, find meaning, and respond to our inner and outer worlds — a living relationship that holds, restores and inspires, backed by a growing body of research and neuroscience, in every season of life.
My approach is shaped to you and what you bring, where individuality is valued and belonging is welcomed. Together, we discover your why and how, supporting lasting habits and directions you are seeking, always at a pace that works for you, in life, work or both.
Nature-connected coaching can take different forms — from reflective 1:1 coaching, to garden coaching, to creative and sensory exploration shaped around what feels most useful to you.
People often arrive wanting a safe space to connect with what matters to them, discover what might be possible ahead or lighten their days.
I am Kerrie Neale, a nature-connected coach, creative practitioner and lifelong gardener. I’m ICF-accredited and rooted in ethical practice.
Drawing on a long-standing connection with nature and more than 25 years of working with people across corporate and creative communities, I understand that life moves through different seasons. I work with clients navigating transitions, change and new chapters, as well as those seeking space to reconnect with what matters.
My approach is compassionate, whole-person, attuned and adaptive. Sessions are shaped around you, combining attentive listening, conversation, reflection, resources, nature, and creative or sensory exploration depending on what feels most supportive.
I creatively adapt coaching around the way you think, feel and make sense of your world, making space for meaning, aliveness and complexity. Together we can find calm, clarity and connection, with encouragement and empowerment unfolding at the pace and rhythm that feels right for you.
I work with clients globally, online and in person.
I offer free discovery conversations — a chance to explore what I can offer, what feels most relevant for you, and whether we feel like a good fit to work together. There is no obligation to continue. I believe the relationship between coach and coachee is an important part of the work, and the decision is always yours.
“Kerrie creates a space where I feel safe and regulated enough to think clearly and go deeper. The way she reflects back what she hears and gently reframes things helps me see myself and my patterns from a completely different perspective. And the insights stay with me long after the session has finished. ”
“Working together in nature metaphors that resonate for me, has been a creative habit changer. From there the re-frames and designing steps was how I could move towards sustainable change. It felt like an evolution designed for me by me with a trusted coach in Kerrie .”
"Kerrie takes the time and has the emotional intelligence and skills to be able to guide you through the right thinking process for you. You have the answers inside you but a good coach will help you to see them and Kerrie does just that. I am gradually changing some habits and am already seeing positive changes."
“Glimmers can often be found with nature. Offering micro moments of joy, connection, calm. They are individual to each person. Some stay with us and are deeply felt.”
When we take time to linger with nature, something subtle shifts. We can notice both the vastness of a landscape and the small details, branching possibilities, movement, change. These moments engage the senses, bringing a quiet sense of ease.
Much like nature, this coaching supports both individual experience and a sense of belonging within a wider ecosystem — through landscape, relationship, or learning stewardship of your own green space.
Like water finding its way, there can be a sense of flow. Coaching and group facilitation help hold the banks.
The same light that moves across a leaf moves through our day. In that relationship, there is space for meaning, balance, and growth, at a pace that reflects your own season.
Michael Cohen's research identifies more than 53 natural senses. Including our innate aesthetic sense for beauty. However connected we feel to nature, there is always more available to us. Each visit, each glimmer, each moment of noticing opens another. (Cohen, Reconnecting With Nature).
“We meet living spaces as we are. They meet us in return. In relationship we unfurl.”
Spaces where we can work together.
1:1 nature coaching, garden coaching, small group workshops and creative gatherings — in nature or from wherever you are. Each offers a different way to explore, reflect and move forward, at a pace that works for you.
We carry ancient responses to landscape. From the vast horizon that opens possibility, to the garden sanctuary that holds and restores. Both are written into our nervous systems. Both have a place in nature connection approaches and in the spaces we visit or tend, owned or shared. (Stuart-Smith, The Well Gardened Mind, 2020)
